Meet Method Projects

I’m Carolina, a PMP®-certified project manager and the founder of Method Projects. I’ve spent my career managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and initiatives inside large organizations — the kind of work with a lot of moving parts and not nearly enough time.

Method Projects is where I bring that experience into a more flexible, personal format: helping people with full lives move important work, operations, events, and trips forward with calm, structure, and care.
