About Method Projects
I’m Carolina, a PMP®-certified project manager and the founder of Method Projects.
I’ve spent my career managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and initiatives inside large organizations — the kind of work with a lot of moving parts, high expectations, and not nearly enough time.
Method Projects exists to give people with full lives calm, structured support so they can move important projects, operations, events, and trips from idea to done.
I started Method Projects because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable people with big responsibilities and even bigger to-do lists — and no one in the background quietly owning the plan. There’s often a big gap between “I know this needs to happen” and “someone is actually driving it,” and that’s the space Method Projects works in.
I like to work in a way that feels calm, structured, and human. That usually means:
Getting clear on what “done” actually looks like
Building realistic, honest timelines (not wishful ones)
Setting up light, sustainable routines to keep things moving
Communicating simply — no jargon, no drama, no chaos
Life happens, projects evolve, and plans change. I’d rather design a way of working that respects that, instead of pretending everything will be perfectly linear.
If you’re juggling a lot and know something important needs a bit more structure and care, I’d love to hear about it.
