I’m Carolina, a PMP®-certified project manager and the founder of Method Projects.

I’ve spent my career leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives inside large organizations—the kind of work with high expectations, real constraints, and a lot of moving parts. That experience shaped how I plan, how I communicate, and how I move work from idea to done.

Today, Method Projects focuses on two distinct services: travel design and project delivery—both grounded in clarity, structure, and calm execution.

Why Method

Method Projects exists for people and organizations who want things done thoughtfully—not rushed, chaotic, or overcomplicated.

I started Method after seeing the same gap over and over again: capable people and teams with important work to move forward, but no one clearly owning the plan from start to finish. There’s often a big difference between knowing something needs to happen and having a clear, realistic path to actually doing it.

That’s the space Method Projects works in.

How I Work

I plan travel the same way I run projects.

That means getting clear on what “done” actually looks like, working within real constraints, and building plans that function in the real world—not just on paper. I favor honest timelines, simple communication, and systems that are sustainable instead of fragile.

In practice, that usually means:

• Defining goals clearly and early

• Building realistic, achievable plans

• Establishing light structures that keep things moving

• Communicating directly, without jargon or noise

Life happens. Projects evolve. Travel changes. I design ways of working that respect that reality instead of fighting it.

Travel Design

I work with individuals and families to design travel that feels intentional, well-paced, and grounded in real life.

Each engagement considers schedules, energy levels, budgets, and priorities, so the experience on the ground feels calm and considered—not overwhelming. Travel planning is collaborative and detail-driven, with an emphasis on preparation and flow from start to finish.

Project Management & Delivery

I partner with organizations to lead and deliver complex work.

My project management practice focuses on bringing structure, momentum, and accountability to initiatives that matter—guiding teams from early planning through execution and delivery with clarity and confidence.
